That’s why we’ve designed a hassle-free return, refund, and exchange policy, with your satisfaction always in mind.
When Can You Return or Exchange?
- Damaged in transit? If your product arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered! Just let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange or issue store credit once you return the damaged product.
- Changed your mind? If the piece isn’t quite what you imagined, you can exchange it or receive store credit to shop for something else.
- Received the wrong product? We’re truly sorry! If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct one or offer store credit as a quick fix.
Important Guidelines
- Notify us within 24 hours: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Don’t forget to include photos or videos of any damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds as store credit:Â All refunds are provided as store credit, valid for a lifetime, so you can take your time finding the perfect piece.
- Return condition:Â Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Final sale items:Â Items purchased during discounts or promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges and Refunds for External Purchases
- We are happy to answer any questions related to our products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of www.zaynikafashion.com@gmail.com
- Exchanges or refunds will be credited only after we’ve received the product.
- Once the item is received, it may take 5-6 business days for the store credit to reflect in your account.
Orders Once Placed
No cancellations:Â Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please place your order mindfully as each piece is handcrafted and production is initiated as soon as we receive the order.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided as store credit when:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- You’ve received the wrong product.
- You no longer like the item and wish to exchange it.
- Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and complete the quality check, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- The product is used, missing tags, or not returned in its original condition.
- The item was bought during a sale, on discount, or during any promotional offer.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and may have some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
- Customized jewelry is not eligible for return or refund.
Store Credit Timeline
Once we’ve received and processed your returned item, store credit will be issued within 5-6 business days. This credit will be available to use for a lifetime, giving you plenty of time to browse our latest collections and pick something you love.
Transit Expenses
For returns or exchanges, all shipping costs related to returning the product will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item.
How to Return or Exchange
- Reach out to us: Send us an email at www.zaynikafashion.com@gmail.com or drop us a message on WhatsApp at +91 00000 00000 with your order details, reasons for return, and proof of damage or incorrect items.
- We’ll assist you: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to guide you through the process.
- Ship it back: Pack the item in its original condition and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your request.
- Receive store credit or your exchange: After we receive your returned product, we’ll issue store credit or send out your exchange.
Repairs, Replacements, and Custom Orders
Broken or Damaged Jewelry
- Manufacturing Issues:Â If your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact us with proof of damage, and we will assess eligibility for replacement or repair.
- Jewelry Care:Â Our pieces are delicately handcrafted and require careful handling. Breakages due to mishandling will not be covered by replacement.
- Repair Service: We offer a repair service starting at ₹500, depending on the extent of the damage. For repair inquiries, please send detailed photos to orders@zaynikafashion.com@gmail.com along with your purchase receipt. Repairs for discontinued items may not be available, especially for purchases made over six months ago.
Custom Orders
- Final Sale:Â All custom orders, including ring sizes and personalized jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
